Refund Policy

  1. Hotel Prince BCancellation Fees:
    1. 100% Cancellation Fee: If cancelled within 2 days from the Check-In Date.
    2. 50% Cancellation Fee: If cancelled within 7 days from the Check-In Date.
    3. 20% Cancellation Fee: If cancelled within 15 days from the Check-In Date.
    4. 0% Cancellation Fee: If cancelled 30 days or more from the Check-In Date.
  2. Refund Process:
    1. If a reservation is cancelled and a refund is due, the hotel will initiate the refund process within 4 to 5 working days. The time taken for the refund to reflect in the customer's account may vary depending on the payment method and processing times of the customer's financial institution.
  3. Fraudulent Activity or Errors:
    1. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations if there is evidence of fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or if the reservation appears to contain or result from a mistake or error.
  4. No-Show Policy:
    1. In the event of a no-show, where the guest does not check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice, a 100% cancellation fee will be applied.
  5. Early Departure:
    1. If a guest checks out earlier than the scheduled departure date, the hotel reserves the right to charge for the full original booking amount.
  6. Force Majeure:
    1. In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, etc.) leading to cancellation, the hotel will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis, and may offer rescheduling or vouchers as an alternative to refunds.
  7. Group Bookings:
    1. Different cancellation policies may apply to group bookings (e.g., for conferences, weddings, or multiple rooms). Guests should review their group booking agreement or contact the hotel for specific terms.
  8. Modification of Policy:
    1. The hotel reserves the right to amend or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The policy in effect at the time of cancellation will apply.
